  • How to return your item

    To initiate a return, please email us at info@tyneswim.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. If your item is faulty, kindly provide clear images of the defect. Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps.

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Return conditions

    Please note: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item.


    Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene strips intact.

    Proof of purchase is required.
