Refund policy

How to return your item

Email us at info@tyneswim.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. If faulty please send clear pictures of the fault. Our team will guide you through the process from there. 

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the store credit or refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

Return conditions 

Items must be unused and in their original condition. All tags and hygiene strips must be intact. The original proof of purchase is required within 14 days of receiving the item.
